Inspired by our little man’s intense 9 weeks of therapy sessions, his hotmess mama (ahem. me) decided to join in with my own fitness journey. Here’s a glimpse into how our little man sparked the idea as well as the gist of what I’ll be doing… I’ll do my darnedest to share the nitty-gritty and not all the fancy-schmancy stuff.
