Through our brain + gut health journey... I have learned optimal brain health isn't just about nutrition (which is pretty vital). How you speak to yourself... your daily affirmations... what you feed (aka. read) your mind all matters.
First let me start off by saying I am not all rainbows and sunshines... but I have been asked more than once in our virtual Brain + Gut Health community, "How do you stay so positive?!?". And I thought I'd share with you a few little tid bits which help me.
One thing I always try to expand is my comfort zone... it's not always easy, but definitely rewarding. No one wants to be stagnant, right?

When you hear the word, transformation... a few people think about a weight loss journey. Some think about a mindset shift.
For me... I think of a butterfly emerging from a cocoon - battle scars, memories of the obstacles overcome and a beautiful new beginning.
