This week, I was sidelined for the first three days because of a spastic shoulder muscle (the rhomboid), the little bugger. However, after three days of ice + rest + essential oils + anti inflammatories... I was ready to get back to sweating. The first few days, I simply walked BUT when the hubster gave me the "okay" to push myself a wee bit. Here's a look at the workout I tried out!

Inspired by our little man’s intense 9 weeks of therapy sessions, his hotmess mama (ahem. me) decided to join in with my own fitness journey. Here’s a glimpse into how our little man sparked the idea as well as the gist of what I’ll be doing… I’ll do my darnedest to share the nitty-gritty and not all the fancy-schmancy stuff. Yet, will include the tidbits I learned + where improvements could have been made. It won’t be pretty, but I can guarantee it will be a wee bit of a hotmess. And won’t that be beautiful.
