Loves. There is so many amazing benefits to adding fitness... or movement to your daily routine.  It's one thing I stress over in our Brain + Gut Health Explorers Community -- MOVEMENT! 

What has worked for me is a busting out a simple + effective workout in my front yard in the quiet of the early morning.  It's so ridiculously therapeutic...  but it may not be for you, no worries.  You may need a gym setting or want to bust out a workout in your living room.  I got ya covered, love.
