From Our Kitchen

While on our family's journey towards optimal brain + gut health, we learned our bodies respond well when following a nutritional menu which includes fresh produce, clean protein sources and healthy fats.  We try our best to keep certain foods away from our lips... these include: gluten, legumes and most dairy products.  Here are a few recipes from our kitchen for you to enjoy!
