Within our February Issue, we dive deep into learning the ins and outs regarding Intermittent Fasting. The Guest Contributor is a health and nutrition coach, Amber Hale. She is also the co-creator of the “28 Day Beat Belly Bloat” program where her and her husband Chris help women lose fat and uncover food sensitivities through food and fitness.
