WELCOME TO MY CORNER OF THE INTERNET

Hi, I'm Amber!

Ultra runner, romance reader, homeschooling twin mom—and the founder of Read.Run.Repeat Society.

I combined my two loves—reading + running—into a unique running book club for women who want consistency, community and a little chaos.

No pace shame. No book snobs. Just progress + plot.

A BIT ABOUT ME

Emergency/Critical Care Veterinarian | Biohacker Babe | Homeschooling Twin Mom | Entrepreneur | Ultra Runner | Author + Storytelling Strategist

My biohacking journey started in 2013 when my twins were born prematurely and we lived the NICU life. That’s where the brain–gut connection hit me hard—and it eventually led to my first book, No Brainer.

I’m still a nerd about energy, systems and habits… but these days I’m most obsessed with building communities where women actually follow through.

And honestly? That’s exactly why Read.Run.Repeat Society [RRRS] exists.

Because you can love reading and still want to feel strong in your body. Because motivation is flaky—but a monthly rhythm with friends? That sticks.

Each month inside RRRS: a romance read (HEA: happily ever after guaranteed), chapter prompts, a steps/miles challenge and a Kajabi community that actually shows up.

ONCE UPON A TIME...

I was deep in the NICU season with twins -

Sleep-deprived, stressed and trying to keep tiny humans alive while holding myself together.

I used to think consistency was something you either had… or you didn’t.

But that NICU season—motherhood, working as an emergency/critical care veterinarian and all those lovely hormones—humbled me fast.

I realized: if I didn’t build rhythms that worked in real life, I’d keep starting over.

So I went down the brain–gut rabbit hole and it turned into a decade of learning, experimenting and building doable systems—the kind that help you show up when your energy is low and your schedule is chaos.

And yes, I’m still a nerd about it…
which is exactly why RRRS exists.

The Main Lesson: motivation is cute, but also unreliable.

Rhythm wins. Community wins. Tiny daily wins win.

Once I figured that out, everything changed. Not because I suddenly had more motivation—but because I had structure and community.

That’s the secret sauce: small wins, repeated. A rhythm you can return to. People who keep you showing up.

That’s what RRRS (Read.Run.Repeat Societ) is:  a running book club for women who want to read more, move more and finally stop treating consistency like a personality trait other people were born with.

MY MISSION

Help women build consistency without burnout—through community, story and tiny daily wins.

Right now that looks like:

  • Read.Run.Repeat Society: Romance reads+ movement accountability

  • Morally Gray Babes Podcast: Bookish chaos + hot takes

  • The Inked Vault: Storytelling that sells (for entrepreneurs)

“Amber gives you ways to increase your energy and at the same time directs you on how to more efficiently utilize that energy!”

There is no doubt Amber is a master when it comes to setting a plan and accountability.  The true value she brings to the table is her childlike spirit and endless energy.  She transforms to-dos into "so do-ables".  And in addition, shows us that what slows us down in life isn't lack of motivation, it's that we have existing habits that aren't allowing our optimum flow to come through in our daily lives.

Note

I’ve always loved that quote: “A jack of all trades…” because it gives permission to be obsessed with more than one thing—without apologizing for it.

This little corner of the internet is built on three things: romance books, daily movement and bold storytelling that actually sells. Sprinkle in some morally gray chaos and you’re home.
